Meeting in Parma with a private driver. Transfer to a nearby hilly area by private car/minivan. Meeting with a local farmer to be driven in a jeep through the woodlands where the black pig breeding is carried on outdoors. Visit to an unusual stable of biodiversity in order to know different dairy cows for the production of both Parmigiano Reggiano and other kinds of cheese as well as for their meat.

The tour includes also the visit to a Parma ham and Culatello factory with a special tasting based on the products met. Then on to a biological farm where its guests are accommodated in exclusive modern wooden huts with separate private bathroom. Dinner, overnight and breakfast will be enjoyed in a very peaceful and healthy atmosphere.
