From a Parmesan breakfast to an Emilian private cooking class

Feeling a Parmesan citizen thanks to a special breakfast in the ancient core of Parma city, then becoming an expert chef thanks to a private cooking lesson at a modern Italian “trattoria”

Meeting with a licensed tour guide in Parma for a short walk along Via Farini, once the ancient Roman cardus and nowadays the luxurious “parlor”, where many historical stores overlook the pedestrian street.
A stop at a pastry shop and lab for a peculiar breakfast based on unusual cannoncini stuffed with a Parmesan cream and a cup of Italian Expresso or Cappuccino.

Transfer to a modern venue by private car/minivan in order to enjoy a private cooking class, during which you will learn the art of making typical Emilian fresh pasta (tortelli and tagliatelle), from the very beginning of mixing flour, under the supervision of a private chef. Lunch with a typical Emilian starter (Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Parma ham and salami), followed by the first courses prepared by yourself, wine, water and coffee.
