Tasting, cooking and dreaming in a winery in Valceno

A full-day tour to discover a green valley and an unusual biological winery, located in a historical building

Transfer to Vararo de’ Melegari, a small village in the Ceno Valley, by your own car. In a Renaissance style villa, you will enjoy a private cooking class, based on traditional Emilian and Tuscan recipes. You will prepare three courses exploiting the biological and local products.

After your lunch, a guided visit to its organic winery whose wines are characterized by fermentation and produced with natural techniques in order to eliminate the use of artificial preservatives. A short walk through the vineyards, will introduce you the theme of the so-called “natural” wines; then in the winery itself to realize the steps of their production and their skin maceration and a tasting of 3 wines.

Time at your leisure to relax. Individual dinner at one of the local restaurants and overnight accommodation in one of the suites where you will breathe the atmosphere of an ancient mansion.
